How the Session Runs
- 0–15 min · Goals & intake We talk about your golf background, what frustrates you, and what you want from the game.
- 15–45 min · Hitting & analysis You warm up and hit shots while we capture data and video. We look at patterns, not single shots.
- 45–60 min · Plan build We walk through what we found, what we'd prioritise, and what's next. If lessons are a fit, we recommend the right package. If self-practice is enough, we'll tell you that too.

Junior Golfers
Junior Golf at Shots Factory
We teach junior golfers from age 6 and up. Our coaches make adjustments to the lesson structure to better suit juniors' attention span and physical abilities, ensuring they get the most out of every lesson.
Indoor lessons are ideal for juniors — no weather cancellations, no embarrassment of being watched by strangers at a busy range, and fun skill challenge games on TrackMan to keep them engaged.

Yes. Every coach on our team has worked with first-time golfers. Indoor lessons are ideal for starting out — the controlled environment lets you focus on technique without weather, embarrassment, or the pressure of a busy range. Many beginners start developing a usable swing in 5–10 lessons.
Most returning golfers start with a Swing Analysis (HKD 980, 60 minutes). It tells us — and you — what your swing looks like today, what's still working, and what needs the most attention. From there we recommend a plan that fits your goals and timeline.
No. We have loaner clubs in right-handed and left-handed configurations at both studios. Bring your own if you have a set you like — it helps us coach to your equipment.
It depends on the change, and your level of dedication. Swing pattern changes typically need 5–10 lessons across several weeks, coupled with intentional, data and video-assisted practice. Major rebuilds take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the end of your Swing Analysis.
A Swing Analysis is a 60-minute deep dive on TrackMan with two high-speed cameras to assess your game and build a plan. A lesson is a coaching session focused on executing that plan with drills, feedback, and reps. Most students do one Swing Analysis up front, then book lessons from there. The Swing Analysis is HKD 980 standalone, or free if you buy a 20-Hour Lesson Pass or any Annual Plan the same day.
For complete beginners, the Swing Analysis becomes more of a structured trial lesson. We'll spend time on grip, stance, and posture fundamentals, get you swinging within minutes, and use the TrackMan data to start building your baseline from your very first shots. You leave with a clear understanding of what golf actually involves — and whether you want to take lessons from there.
We only offer 1-on-1 lessons currently. But two friends can book back-to-back lessons with the same or different coaches, or share a simulator bay and practice together after their individual lessons. Friends can also sign up together for our monthly Play and Learn events at Wanchai.
Yes. We teach juniors from age 6 and up. Billy and Christine have particular experience with junior coaching. The session structure is the same as adult lessons but adjusted for attention span, grip strength, and the fundamentals that benefit a young golfer most.
Of course. Coach fit matters as much as coach skill. If a session isn't clicking, message us and we'll move you to a different coach. No awkwardness, no fees.
Indoor lessons run on TrackMan, which gives us full radar data on every shot — club path, face angle, attack angle, ball flight, dispersion. You see exactly what your swing is doing. Outdoor coaching relies more on visual feedback. Indoor is also weather-proof and time-efficient: a 60-minute indoor lesson hits more quality reps than the same hour at a busy range.
Same-day is sometimes possible depending on coach availability. For preferred times — evenings and weekends — book 3 to 7 days ahead. WhatsApp is the fastest way to find a slot; we usually respond within a few minutes during business hours.
Yes. Kevin and Billy teach in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Christine teaches in English and Cantonese. Mike and Brad teach in English. Tell us your preferred language when you book and we'll match you accordingly.
Yes. When you purchase a 20-Hour Lesson Pass or any Annual Plan on the same day as your Swing Analysis, the HKD 980 is waived. If you do the Swing Analysis first and decide to upgrade later, the standalone price still applies.
